Creating multiple accounts (commonly known as "duplicate accounts" or "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. If we detect multiple accounts linked to the same individual through IP address analysis, device fingerprinting, payment method matching, or other technical means, we reserve the right to suspend all related accounts, void all bets, forfeit all balances including deposits, and permanently ban the Player from future use of koin99 services.

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before winnings become withdrawable. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) indicating the total amount you must wager before withdrawal eligibility. For example, a Rp 1,000,000 bonus with 30x wagering requires Rp 30,000,000 in total bets. Different games contribute different percentages toward wagering: slots typically 100%, live casino 10-20%, sports betting varies by odds (minimum 1.50 required).

All sports bets are subject to koin99's official betting rules and the specific rules of each sport. Bets are settled based on official results as determined by the governing sports body (e.g., FIFA for football, BWF for badminton). If a match is postponed, bets typically remain valid if the match is rescheduled within 48 hours; otherwise, bets are voided and stakes refunded.
